&lt;p&gt;I am familiar with whole house water monitoring and leak detection devices, like the widely available and advertised &lt;a href="https://meetflo.com/product/smart-water-shutoff"&gt;Moen Flo Smart Water Shutoff&lt;/a&gt;, but until very recently I&amp;rsquo;d never even heard of &lt;a href="https://www.phyn.com/"&gt;Phyn&lt;/a&gt;.
